Third biggest mistake made on custom facebook page templates

This is the third video in a series on the biggest mistakes being made on custom Facebook pages.

In this video I talk about how the renaming of your Facebook page is something that many people miss. Most do not know that you once you have 25 followers of your page you can rename the page to your own vanity URL.

I show you exactly how you do that in the video.

Hope you enjoy it. Feel free to comment or go to YouTube and like it!

Second Biggest Mistake being made on Custom Facebook Pages

Dear Reader,

I have been coming across several mistakes that are being made on Custom Facebook Pages. The good news is that for most of these they are easily fixed.

The second one that I found is that people are not opening up the wall settings to allow it to show both the page owners posts but also any of the "likers" posts to the page.

One key strategy of Social Media is to engage in a two way conversation with your followers. In order to do that you must allow the conversation to happen. You can do that on a Facebook page when you open up your wall to allow it.

Click over to the video to see how it is done.

Then if you have more questions I would love to hear them on my Facebook page. You can find it by going to http://www.facebook.com/onlinebizsuccess.

Here is the biggest mistake I see on Custom Facebook pages

One of the biggest mistakes I see on Custom Facebook pages is the use of the info box that is on the left hand side of the screen just below the main image.

Most are not putting in their website address. Then most do not realize how to make the address a clickable link. You must add the http:// in front of your web address to make it a clickable link.

This is easily fixed by just clicking in the box and making the needed change.

Hope this helps.
